Shopping center Joker

Joker is the first fully fledged shopping center in Split opened in 2007 and ever since it has been a popular spot for both, citizens and guests of Split. Joker is located 15-20 minutes walking from the city center in the street Put Brodarice 6. At shopping center Joker, you have more than 50 shops on 4 floors. There you can find big supermarket, fashion stores, shops for cosmetics, sport, toys and much more. Besides shops in Joker you can find cafes, sandwich bar, restaurant at the top floor, McDonalds, excellent multi-screen cinema, a hair studio, popular fitness center and also a carwash which is located in the garage of the center.

City Center one

City Center one, opened in November 2010, was the largest shopping center in Dalmatia at that time, located in the eastern part of town in the street Vukovarska 207. It’s easy reachable by bus number 18. There are 140 stores, bars, restaurants and service points, situated on three floors connected by elevators and escalators. On five floors of garage there are 2.700 parking spaces for visitors. There is no need to mention that here you also have a selection of variety stores, supermarket, cinema and more. For youngsters there is 500 square meters of Kid’s Jungle playroom for pure fun experience under professional supervision. And for grownups there is the biggest karting arena in Dalmatia and also a casino.

 

Mall of Split

Mall of Split, the largest shopping center in Dalmatia, opened it’s doors in March 2016. Also located in the eastern part of town, in an area of urban development, street Josipa Jovića 93. Mall of Split is easy reachable by public transport with 7 bus lines: 1, 5, 6, 10, 16, 18, and 22. There are more than 200 retail places on more than 60 000 square meters of space, large supermarket, fashion stores, including international fashion labels – some appearing in Split for the first time, sports and technical equipment stores, the only regional Lego store and many more. Of course, there is also plenty of bars and restaurants so that anyone can find something for themselves.

Shopping in old town

If you are more for open space than for shopping centers, than you should head out to the old town.There you will also find all kind of shops. From fashion stores to souvenir shops, not to mention bars and restaurants. The main shopping street in Split is Marmontova. In the center of Split you will also find a place named ‘Pazar’ where you can always bargain. Next to Pazar is a green market where you can always find fresh home grown fruit and vegetables.
